We currently deliver within Klang Valley only.
We take pride in making our furniture and we will do all we can to ensure your purchase is delivered to you on time. All our products are packaged for safe transit and will be handled by professionals.
Currently, we only deliver and install within Klang Valley areas. Klang Valley buyers are able to enjoy free delivery with every orders made. Once your order is received, you’ll be contacted accordingly once the delivery date is fixed.
All orders are delivered during the following time slots from Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm.
Please note that it is your responsibility to check that your items will fir through doors, staircases and lifts in their packaging before you place your order.
Customers may reschedule the delivery at least 3 working days (Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm. Excluding Public Holidays) before the delivery date, subject to availability of next delivery slot.
On delivery, customer or 3rd party appointed by the customer shall inspect the item(s) and the surroundings carefully before our delivery team leaves the premise. Any damage(s) detected should be immediately reported to the delivery team and noted on the delivery copy. You will also need to email us at sales_kiml@kokuyo.com and provide a detailed description of fault and photos (or video, where appropriate) showing the damage or fault. We will then reply within 3 working days. In the event an exchange for the defect piece cannot be made, KOKUYO reserves the right to offer a substitute or full refund. All replacement of item(s) will depend on the next available shipment. KOKUYO shall not be liable for any consequences (whether direct or indirect) of the delay in the delivery of the goods and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by KOKUYO or to any comparison. Customers who do not inspect the goods or surroundings upon delivery, accepts the condition as is by signing their acceptance on the delivery order. The delivery order then serves as evidence of the condition of the goods and surroundings as at the time of delivery, Hence, any new defect findings at a later stage will not be entertained.
- In the event of delay in shipment due to unforeseen situations, KOKUYO reserves the right to reschedule the delivery, subjected to availability of next delivery slot.
- No specific time of delivery can be provided. A time frame will be advised but cannot beguaranteed.
- KOKUYO shall not be liable for any consequences or any loss suffered or expenses incurred (whether direct or indirect) due to the delay in the shipment / delivery of the goods and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by KOKUYO or to any comparison.
The Return
Our Logistics team will contact you to schedule for the collection. We will only perform the refund after we collect the returned item. All refunds will take 14 days to process and we will issue in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment. However, KOKUYO reserves the rights to change the mode of refund.
The Refund
Shipping is a hard cost we incur from our logistics partners. If you decide to return the item, a restocking fee of 20% of the original invoiced value will be deducted for logistics and handling. As such, you will be refunded the following: Purchase Price – Restocking Fee = Refunded Amount (RM). Please do note that the restocking fee will also apply if you wish to return the item(s) to place another order.
1. CANCELLATION
If you change your mind and decide to cancel your order, please notify us at least 5 working days before the date of agreed delivery and there will be no additional charges incurred. All refunds will take 14 days to process and will be credited back to the original mode of payment. However, KOKUYO reserves the rights to change the mode of refund.
2. ORDER CONFIRMATION
KOKUYO will email the sales order confirmation within the day of purchase which will reflect the products purchased and the lead time. It is the responsibility of the customer to check if the product(s) purchased and lead time(s) are correct. KOKUYO will not be obligated to fulfil the order if there are any discrepancies after 48 hours from the time of order.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We endeavour to ensure that all the products on our website are accurately described, and we rely on information provided to us by our suppliers. Unfortunately, on some occasions, it is possible that our website will contain errors and we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after you have placed an order.
We endeavour to ensure that all colours are displayed accurately, but you should be aware that colours may appear slightly differently on different displays and screens. The shade of colour from screen to screen is not a fault or error.
We aim to update our website regularly and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our website, or close it indefinitely. We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure our website contains accurate information and content, however, we reserve the right to
update our website as soon as an inaccuracy or error is brought to our attention
